A personalised facial treatment that begins with a short evaluation to adapt the session to your skin, muscular patterns, and how you feel that day.
Working through the chest, shoulders, neck, face and scalp, the treatment combines myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, muscle stretching, sculpting techniques and intra-buccal to release tension and restore balance.
Intra-buccal massage works both externally and internally, accessing the deeper structures of the mouth and jaw. By gently treating the muscles from inside the cheeks, it allows for a more complete release of held tension.
Particularly beneficial for bruxism, jaw tightness and facial asymmetry.

A personalized facial massage that begins with a short evaluation to adapt the treatment to your skin, muscles, and how you feel that day. Working on the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, and chest, it combines lymphatic drainage, Kobido-inspired movements, Gua Sha, myofascial release, lifting, contouring, and cupping.

This treatment is a full reset for your face. Enhances circulation, reduces puffiness, releases tension, and promotes deep relaxation. Following a good-aging approach, it supports the face’s natural vitality and expression.

In this one-on-one online session, we’ll explore the foundations of facial self-care—comfortably from your own space. You’ll learn how the facial muscles and lymphatic system influence the health, glow, and vitality of your skin.

We’ll start with a short conversation about your personal needs—whether it’s tension, puffiness, fine lines, or a desire to reconnect with your face. Based on that, I’ll guide you through personalized self-massage and face yoga techniques you can easily integrate into your daily routine.

You’ll also learn how to use tools like Gua Sha and facial cups to enhance circulation, release tension, and naturally sculpt the face.

You’re welcome to bring your own tools (Gua Sha, facial cups, facial oil)—but they’re not essential. The most important tool is your own touch, and we’ll adapt everything to what you have at home.
