Hi, I’m Alice. I am a Level 4 Holistic Massage Therapist and I trained at the Sheffield Centre for Massage Training. I offer relaxation massage including Face, Neck and Chest massage. I also offer Deep Tissue techniques and Trigger Point type massage for Remedial massage. I also offer Pregnancy massage, after the first trimester.

Alice was fantastic! I booked a massage for my birthday to relax, but also to have a deep tissue massage to help my upper back and many knots! Alice was brilliant at communicating, checking how I was feeling during the treatment and I was really put at ease. The massage was a perfect balance of deep tissue and relaxation, I felt like I was floating afterwards! She also gave some advice on how to stretch to help keep muscles from getting too tight and tense. I'm already looking forward to booking my next one!

I had a great massage from Alice! Felt listened to and then properly worked out my back… and gave me further advice on ways to work with my muscles…. Definitely recommend booking in with Alice!!
