Hi, I’m a level 4 qualified sports therapist. Offering sports, deep tissue, Swedish and Hot stone massage. Based at Landmark House in Hook, Hampshire. I have a real passion for helping people to feel their best. I like to help ease muscle soreness and work out a course of action to provide longer term relief to a clients discomfort. I can offer advice on stretches and exercises that would help to regain range of movement in joints and muscles and aid a better quality of life.

Ali was very friendly and polite. I liked the fact she got straight to the point and I was on the table within the first 5 mins rather than usually eating into more of your time with other massages I’ve had. She had the perfect amount of pressure and I felt great afterwards. Would definitely recommend.
