My name is Aga (she/her) and I'm a qualified massage therapist, professional dancer, certified Pilates instructor and a recreational climber. Movement has always been a very important part of my life- being my passion, training, work, bringing me joy, challenging my mind. Working with the body for so many years has given me a huge appreciation for its possibilities and has shown me how great impact it has on our emotional state.
