1. We offer free fixing nails within 5 days since your appointment ( It is not applied for normal nail polish and shellac on real nails). Beyond that time frame, it will incur a charge for fixing nails. 

2. There is NO refund under any circumstances. During a guarantee period, we will fix your nails until you are happy. 

3. Additional services such as extra long nails, change of mind may result in extra charge

4. Durability of nails - depends on what your daily lifestyle and how you look after your nails
