TONER AFTER HIGHLIGHTS / WITHIN 6 WEEKS AFTER HIGHLIGHT SERVICE

Half head highlights or balayage, a half head service for brightness and/or a lived in multidimensional result through the top and sides. Freehand or foil technique, lifted with high lift colour or bleach.
