The service overall took way too long almost 3 hours. I’m sure she will get faster with time but the technique of switching back and forth hand to hand seemed to really slow her down. The nail’s themselves are shaped nice but built a little bumpy . It would be nice to have a little conversation as well

Dear Bobbie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with your nails. We want to clarify that your appointment was completed by a student as part of their training, which is why the service was offered at no charge. We appreciate your understanding that they are still learning and honing their skills. We strive for the highest quality in all our services, and we’re sorry to hear that your nails did not last as expected. If you would like, we can offer you an appointment with one of our experienced nail technicians for a fee, ensuring you receive the quality you deserve. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and thank you again for your understanding. Best regards, Nataliia Morozova

It was rushed so she clipped my skin a couple times, and my nails are all bumpy

I am so pleased with my experience! The salon was lovely, cute clean & cozy, and everyone was very kind and professional. Christine was phenomenal, I will absolutely be continuing to book with her from now on!
