I had a great hour and half with Brid this morning. I had the combination facial and foot reflexology. I was a bit stressed out after a very busy week and Brid worked her magic once more and I came away feeling very relaxed.

Such a relaxing and restorative experience where you can feel the benefits straightaway. Huge thanks to Bríd for being so caring and in tune with both energy and the body. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone as an important form of self-care.
