I'm Sylwia Psiuk, the owner and an experienced massage therapist trained in Myofascial Release, Sport, Thai, and various other massage techniques. As a personal trainer and instructor, I help clients manage weight, recover from injuries, and stay active. I also run posture correction and fitness programs for children.
