Here’s a little bit about me! I am an experienced sports therapist with 3 seasons working with a football team, focusing on injury prevention, injury rehab, exercise prescription and sports massage and keeping players at their best on and off the field. I also have 2 years of experience in a spa setting, where I provide deep tissue and relaxation massages to help clients relieve tension and feel their best. With my background in both sports and wellness, it gives me a balanced approach to treatment options that suit everyone!
