Mobility specialist and sports massage therapist. Whether you're experienced with exercise and training around an old injury or if you're brand new to the gym, I can help you move more efficiently. I've experienced a wide variety of disciplines throughout life; serving 8 years as a Royal Marines Commando, learning to push myself physically and mentally. I've made plenty of mistakes along the way, battled injuries, gained and lost weight but it has all shaped my methodology on exercise. Let me help you build confidence and make movement enjoyable.
