Had a wonderful experience at Ayana spa. I had a signature manicure and pedicure and the ladies did a great job. My hands and feet feel and look great. Thank you.

J’ai eu le sentiment que l’objectif était simplement d’encaisser l’argent, sans réelle prise en compte de ma demande. J’ai même proposé de payer un supplément afin que le brushing soit correctement réalisé, mais on m’a répondu qu’il n’y avait personne pour le faire. Je suis donc repartie très insatisfaite, d’autant plus qu’aucune excuse ni alternative ne m’a été proposée. Cette attitude laisse vraiment à désirer. Je ne recommande pas cet institut.

Unfortunately, due to a communication misunderstanding, we were unable to provide a full styling service, as our hairstylist was unavailable at that time. This was communicated in advance, and only a hair wash was charged. We regret any frustration this caused and apologise that we did not leave you feeling fully cared for. This is not the experience we wish for our guests. We would be delighted to welcome you again and kindly invite you to contact us so we may extend a gesture of goodwill.

Je me suis rendu au Spa Ayana pour un massage, qui s’est globalement bien déroulé. En revanche, je souhaite faire part de mon mécontentement concernant le personnel.J’avais demandé un brushing en précisant très clairement que je le voulais bien tiré. La personne m’a répondu positivement, cependant, après m’avoir lavé les cheveux, elle s’est contentée de les sécher, sans réaliser le brushing demandé. J’ai pourtant réitéré ma demande à plusieurs reprises.J’ai eu le sentiment que l’objectif était simplement d’encaisser l’argent, sans réelle prise en compte de ma demande.

Hi Hajar, Nous vous remercions pour votre retour et sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. En raison d’un malentendu lié à la barrière de la langue, nous avions expliqué à l’avance que notre coiffeuse n’était pas disponible et que nous pouvions uniquement proposer un shampoing avec un séchage simple, réalisé par une thérapeute, sans coiffage. En conséquence, seul le shampoing vous a été facturé. Nous regrettons que cette situation ait pu vous décevoir et que notre communication n’ait pas été suffisamment claire à ce moment-là. Ce n’est pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clientes. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau et vous invitons à nous contacter directement afin de vous proposer un geste commercial.
