I had the most amazing massage, Sue gave me a shoulder and neck massage, working out so many knots and areas of tension. I also had a relaxing facial massage, which left my skin glowing. For many, the upper body holds physical stress from their daily routine, workouts, or everyday posture challenges.  This back and shoulder massage  focuses on relieving tension and stress in the upper body, targeting  the neck, shoulders, and upper back. I use a combination of gentle strokes and deeper pressured techniques, using the hands, forearms and albows where necessary to ease muscle stiffness, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. This treatment can help to reduce stress, alleviate headaches, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being

Using a combination of deep, slow, and rhythmic pressure or friction, this technique targets specific areas with a much deeper pressure than other massage techniques. Deep Tissue Massage is for clients who wish to treat muscle and tendon injuries, pain and stiffness in major muscle groups.

Wood Therapy is a natural, non-invasive treatment using specially designed wooden tools to target muscles and soft tissue. Rhythmic, sculpting movements help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and can help to support lymphatic drainage, encouraging the body to reduce fluid retention.
