Allowing fellow athletes to benefit their training & games to aid their recovery & return to 100% for their sport. I love dog walks with my cocker spaniel puppy, Munro climbing, and binge watching series.

Sandy listened to the issue and was able to explain the cause. After treatment which alleviated the pain Sandy gave me great advise to reduce the tension in my muscles. I am already booked for the next appointment.
