I was disappointed with the lashes that I received. I have had lashes done many times in the past, & this experience was notably the worst. I booked classic set, which should involve individual lashes placed, however the technician used clusters & thick glue that looked clumpy. There was no mapping- lashes were going different directions. The technician also held my eyes open during the entire service which is not normal. My eyes were red and hurting under the bright light with fumes from the glue. I received the service on Saturday &the lashes have fallen apart completely by today (Friday).
