I had the PRP facial. The nurse was kind and professional. She explained the treatment process and practised good infection control protocols. The numbing agent worked really well so the PRP facial did not hurt. I received a lovely aftercare package too with saline spray, hyaluronic serum, SPF and collagen sachets. I can't wait to see the results and I would definitely do it again.

I had such a lovely experience doing the PRP Facial. The salon has a really pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, and Nompu was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and gentle, and I really appreciated how she communicated with me throughout the treatment and explained everything before doing anything. It made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! 🧡
