I highly recommend Jess! She did an amazing job helping to relieve the pain I was experiencing from insertional Achilles tendinopathy. She applied just the right amount of pressure to specific areas and used a variety of techniques that made a real difference. I've been to Jess a few times now. Both the sports and therapeutic/relaxing massage are amazing! The sports massage was so detailed and thorough! Professional, friendly and really clean space! Glad I came across Jess' page!
