Lucie has made me feel so comfortable in her chair! As well as making me feel so confident with my hair! She’s made sure I understand what my hair needs and how I can get it to what i want. Another fantastic experience with Lucie! I honestly cannot praise her enough for her patience, care and dedication. My son can be quite challenging when it comes to haircuts. But Lucie was amazing. She was so patient, made him feel comfortable and worked completely at his pace without pushing him beyond his boundaries. Over time, she has built such a lovely, positive relationship with my son, and he now feels comfortable with her doing his hair. Thank you, Lucie. P.S any SEN parents who are struggling to find a hair dresser I highly recommend visiting Lucie
