Lou was lovely, welcoming and professional, she replied so quickly and made me feel like no question was too silly, the appointment flew by she was friendly and chatty and my nails look great it doesn’t even feel like its my hands, I’d definitely use again and recommend her she is very talented and passionate about what she does and that comes across x

Absolutely love my nails and lashes! Lou is so friendly and chatty and makes you feel comfortable straight away. Such a lovely girl and her room is gorgeous and so welcoming too! I’m obsessed with how everything turned out and will definitely be back. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🫶🏼✨

Lou was welcoming and went though what I wanted and she explained everything before she started.nails were great so was my brows polite and calming environment 10/10.
