I had a great experience! My nails look amazing, and I didn’t have to wait at all. There were already four other customers in the salon, but they still started my appointment right on time, which I really appreciated. The service was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in with my crutches 🩼 . I’m very happy with my nails and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be going back again!

I have been going elsewhere in West Ottawa for years and had decided to remove my acrylic nails after years. That didn't work out, my nails were a mess so when I saw a FB post for here, I decided to try them out. It was an awesome experience. The lovely Miss Lin did a really beautiful job of putting on solar gel nails with a French manicure. Sweet Mr Sa gave me the best ever pedicure and his massage was amazing, I didn't want it to end! I will be using this great spot from now on.
