My experience with Lewis has been invaluable. My training was good but I was getting injuries trying to go as heavy as possible with every exercise in every session. Lewis has refined this and I have seen the benefits both in appearance and physical strength across 2 months. He has helped me implement habits with warm ups and how to apply supersets. I can still train hard and I am also conditioning my body for running and fitness races. I can’t thank Lewis enough for his constant feedback and guidance. It has helped set me up for the long term which is vital. I definitely recommend Lewis.
