Değerlendirmeler
Lauren’s sessions combine hands-on treatment with a clear plan for what to do next. Her sports massages support recovery from running, while deep-tissue massage and dry needling are used to work on knots and areas of pain; clients also mention helpful exercises and treatment plans.
