Jess was super lovely. She took the time to meet me beforehand and reassure me regarding the booking and made sure I was able to complete a patch test. Eyebrows were amazing, made me feel much better because they are super thin after years of threading. Jess was the first person I have seen that has been able to follow my natural eye shape. She was very thorough regarding a post treatment query. Looking forward to visiting her again. Thank you

I had my nose pierced with Jess and she was brilliant. I warned her I'm not great with needles or pain but she put my mind totally at ease and explained everything really clearly. I love my new piercing. Would highly recommend!
