Hazel Pagay

Did not receive cupping, wasn’t asked if I wanted cupping or not. Heard the masseuse on her phone. Was left lying for 10 minutes after the massage with no towels to get clean and when I went outside there was no tea. Massage was good besides these things.

Hi Lydia, It was lovely to see you back at Narra Massage & Spa💚 We’re pleased to hear you found the massage good, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We sincerely apologise for missing the complimentary cupping. There is a free cupping option to select when booking through Fresha, but we should have double-checked with you. We’re also sorry we missed letting you know your post-session herbal tea was ready at receiving area and sorry for the wait for a clean towel. We take the phone concern seriously and will address it with our therapist. Thank you again for helping us improve. We truly appreciate it and hope to welcome you back soon💚
