Took my 18month old for her first haircut, she was kept entertained and busy, Hayley was gentle and spoke to my daughter and made sure I was happy with the way her hair was being cut, she put some of her hair in an envelope and let her choose a sticker after , my daughter was very happy and relaxed, thank you for making it easier
