I went to see Grace for help with an injury and she has honestly gone above and beyond. Her knowledge is brilliant and the treatment has been to a really high standard. She has given me some really good advice on managing the injury and helping me recover so I’m ready for hyrox. I’m really grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend Grace to anyone. I think I have spent my whole adult life underestimating sports massage, I can’t believe the impact from just one session. I’ve been having trouble with my knee / leg for well over 6 months, I had seen drs & was worried it was just something I was going to have to live with. Grace within minutes had found the cause and began treatment, she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and genuinely cares. Grace me feel comfortable and at ease throughout and I received a detailed aftercare plan to help between appointments. I’m so grateful I found her.
