Hakkında
Why I Do This Work I have lived the cost of holding everything together. Ayurveda gave me language for what I was experiencing and energetic alignment gave me structure. What I offer is lived, studied, and refined through years of practice. I do not believe women are broken. I believe they thrive when their lives honour their unique energetic design with steadiness, structure, and alignment.
