I've been having HydroFacials and dermaplaning with Charlotte, and I honestly can't recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to personalise each treatment to exactly what my skin needs at that moment. I never feel like I'm just having a standard facial – every appointment is tailored specifically to me. On top of that, Charlotte is so warm and welcoming that every visit feels like catching up with a friend. I leave not only with glowing skin but also feeling completely relaxed and uplifted.

First time having a treatment done by Charlotte today and I already highly recommend. Location is easy to find, room very clean, spacious and calming. Charlotte is very knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. Reassured me and talked me throughout the whole process.
