Carlos is amazing! I had never had my hair dyed before in my life, and wanted a deep brown/copper mix. I decided to just put my full trust in him and let him do his thing and he absolutely crushed my expectations + gave me product recommendations and a walkthrough on how to care for my new look :) Tysm Carlos!
