Bo is such a professional instructor. She pays attention to every little detail and corrects my form patiently, which really helps me feel stronger and more in control. The vibe in her class is so positive and motivating. Her classes are challenging, but I always leave feeling stronger and accomplished. she makes me fall in love with Pilates even more:)
