I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

After starting my running journey, Anna advised that the gym would massively help with the load running will put on my legs. Of course I was naive and excited. Shortly after I went to her with a niggle and she put me at ease. Comforting but realistic words of encouragement allowed me to remain focused on my goals. Anna is not only educated but clearly has vast knowledge in and out of her field. Her attention to detail and patience is clear through her plans. I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re someone who needs a consultation, book now you honestly will not regret it!

Easily the best sports therapy session I’ve had. Anna identified the root of my back tension immediately and delivered a treatment that felt completely tailored. What you’re paying for is far more than just the release, it’s real expertise, clear understanding, and a long-term approach. I left with simple, effective exercises to prevent it returning.
