Alexander took time to listen, answer my questions and assess the issues I have been having around ankle and heel. He explained the likely cause with an exercise plan for me to follow and the soft tissue session left me feeling lighter and more mobile. A very good experience after three months of trial and error.

Was such a great experience, had a really tight lower back, he worked over my whole body, and explained everything he was doing and why. So helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough.

I’ve been to a few sports massage spots around King’s Cross, and this one really nailed it. The clinic is almost right next to the Underground station, and the therapist is very efficient. He’s also the founder, so he’ll make sure you’re well taken care of. Highly recommended. 👍🏼

This is my second time at Achilles in King’s Cross. The therapist kept releasing tight knots that I was previously unaware of. What I loved about this session was that the therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and explained where all the knots originated from. I can’t wait for my third session.
