Hi, I'm Alex. I graduated from Sacred Roots Massage School of Montana in January of 2022, and have been practicing massage ever since. I offer a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and cupping. Each session is unique and tailored to your specific needs. My ultimate goal is facilitate healing within the individual and the collective.
