Ruby is nothing short of a magician. I am quite a nervous client, I don’t like people touching my hair. But Ruby is gentle and soft, she takes her time and constantly reassures me. She knows how to deal with my thick hair and also about my hair loss. She has given me so much confidence. I have been going to Ruby for 5 years now and there’s no one I would trust more than her. She will listen to your wants but will also be realistic and not let you make mistakes. She’s so funny and kind too. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you for making me feel like a woman again rubes 💕

Rant second appointment with Ruby and she worked wonders again on my hair! I’ve left feeling like a princess and she got my hair even better than the reference images i’d shown. She listened well to what i wanted and was so lovely in answering any questions i had! Couldn’t recommend her more! thankyou xx
