My whole experience with zeal and Verity was great. Everybody was friendly and professional. Verity was very understanding when I had booked the wrong massage and suggested an alternative which was great. Will definitely go back. On line booking simple. Well done all the staff at Kalm and The Gym.

I thought it was a 30 minute massage, but was only 20 minutes, not very firm as requested. but pleasant.

The massage was booked with us by truGym as a spa day voucher and booking confirmation sent which states it as a 20 minute massage. I’m sorry you didn’t find the massage firm enough and didn’t feel able to let me know during. It is very tricky with pressure as everyone has different opinions of firm. I am always happy to adjust the pressure
