They are amazing. Transparent with the process. Give amazing professional advice and recommendations but ultimate let me decide what I want and I am so happy. Never had my hair bleached before or dyed and they helped me so much and they helped my vision come to light. I wanted to know more about products and they got me what I wanted. They didn’t ask me to buy or shoved me products I wanted it. Will come back 100%. So professional too. Very client focused. Very 1:1
