Im not one to usually leave reviews. But on this occasion i felt i had to Louise (the owner of thrive wellness) greeted me with such warmth & kindness & was incredible understanding when i explained my reasons for needing the treatments. The perfect way to relax & destress. The whole experience was fantastic, so much so I booked up for another appointment the following week. Thank you Louise 🫶.

Deeply relaxing and therapeutic. Louise knows how to realease the tension built up in my muscles and joints. A session with her is highly recommended

As always my massage with Louise was fabulous and I once again I had the dry needling treatment which seems to help my lower back pain slightly more each time I visit. Thankyou Louise!
