Very helpful advice & tips for managing my hair colour

I have been having my hair done at Mahogany for 29 years and I could never fault Tara or Drags for the amazing job they do for me, they are 5 stars all the way. However, it’s unfortunate that I cannot say the same for the experience I have at the basin (hence 3 stars). Too many times I come away with a very wet top down my back hair dye not washed out properly. Elea always did an amazing job and always checked everything was ok, sadly no more as she has moved up. Given the cost and after so long I really would expect a better service, maybe an idea Elea could do some training in this area🤞🏼
