Wow what can I say! Amazing experience! The staff were so lovely. Andrea worked an absolute miracle on my eyebrows and lashes, this lady has incredible talent and skills.. thank you so much 💓 I left feeling beautiful, thank you ❤️

The quality of the manicure by Nata was great. My nails look fresh. The experience of the appointment today was not as good. Nata used her telephone during my appointment. The salon hygiene isn’t up to standard. I am not convinced any of the tools or desk was sanitised prior to my visit. There was still bits of someone’s cuticle poking out of the dust extractor. The colour swatch really needs re-doing, it doesn’t look professional, nails are chipped, no logical order to the colours. The 2 ladies working seemed to be distracted and things just appeared unorganised.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you were happy with the quality of your manicure by Nata. However, we’re sorry to hear the overall experience didn’t meet your expectations. As it was a bank holiday, most of our team had the day off, but the girls made an extra effort to come in and fit you in as a favour. The salon had been extremely busy leading up to Easter, and while we tried our best to accommodate, we recognise that some details may not have met our usual standards. Please rest assured that we take hygiene very seriously. All tools are fully sterilised and kept in individual envelopes for each client, and the salon is thoroughly cleaned every day.
