Silvia, is a brilliant physiotherapist and listens to the problems clients have. Have been to two sessions and feel an improvement in movement of joints ,muscles. Will continue as the hyrotherapy has always helped me.

Silvia was very friendly and helped me to relax in the pool. She talked through the treatment very clearly taking me through each exercise very gently. The treatment overall was very good and my muscles felt less tight afterwards.
