She was very hands-on from the get-go. Helped me understand the various available offers and was very keen to do great work. She was courteous too. If she isnt the manager, I couldnt tell 'cos she moved with a level of ownership, concern and understanding of the business as well as the care for the customers. (not just me). Thank you.
