Hello Sindi, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your appointment did not meet expectations. While our team always aims to deliver the best possible finish, occasionally issues can arise during application that require correction to ensure the final result meets our standards. We understand that this extended your appointment time and appreciate your patience. Your comments have been noted, and we’ll use them to continue improving both our service efficiency and client experience. We hope to see you soon 🤎 - Luna Beauty Bar Team
