I felt welcome the moment I stepped into the salon. Absolutely love my haircut. Nicole is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to hair. My only regret is that it took me so long to make the appointment with her.

Nicole was so helpful and did an amazing job on my hair. I had an atrocious undercut that is growing out and she was great, talking through how best to hide it while still keeping my hair longer. I definitely recommend Nicole and encore!

Always feel valued and listened to with Nicole as my hair stylist. I feel she takes the time to understand my hair needs and cuts/styles my hair beautifully.

Had a wonderful experience with Nikki and the ladies! They were so friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to accommodate my mum. Nikki did a fantastic job with her hair – she walked out with a beautiful colour that perfectly matched her skin tone and made her feel amazing. The team is always professional, and Nikki’s recommendations are always spot on. Highly recommend!
