The main stylist who performed the treatment was very friendly and didn’t talk too much, which was nice. However, one of the assistants chatted a lot with other staff members about things unrelated to the job. Also, while she was using the straightening iron for my hair straightening treatment, she accidentally touched my scalp with it—it was so hot I couldn’t stand it, so I had to tell her to be careful. If she had the time to chat and look around, I wish she’d focused on applying the iron instead. The other staff members didn’t have any issues, and I’m glad everything went smoothly.
