Absolutely loved my experience! She was extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable, especially since it was my first time. My usual wax girl was unavailable. Mel was able to accommodate me at the last moment. Her service was EXCEPTIONAL! Even though I was regularly, she still talked me through every step & ensured my comfort. I had such a great experience. 5 stars aren't enough!
