Lucy is an absolute gem! Warm, bubbly, professional and an absolute magician with a blow wave. I always book in for my wash and blow wave with curls, and she gets them perfect every time: bouncy, polished and actually lasting. Beyond being incredibly talented, Lucy is one of those people whose warmth makes the whole appointment a joy. Great hair, great conversation and the kind of energy that sends you back out into the world feeling more put together than when you arrived. If good hair can change the trajectory of a day, and I firmly believe it can, Lucy is your girl.
