Was taken very promptly today by Leanne at 3.40pm. I had had a message telling me my original time had been changed from 3.30 to 3.40pm. With hindsight, I question if Leanne knew this as she seemed to be waiting for me. Great, friendly, professional service from Leanne as usual.
