I’ve been coming to Boilerhouse for several years, but Lauren genuinely stood out today. She was incredibly warm, gentle and attentive, something that isn’t always easy to find. She was interested without being intrusive, friendly, cheerful and made me feel completely at ease. A lovely person and a true professional. 10/10, I couldn’t recommend her more! :)
