Wonderful, relaxing massage

This was my first massage ever. Kath was welcoming and really helped me make the most of the massage. She helped me work through and understand of the tension I carry in my shoulders and back. I left the massage feeling lighter, like someone had removed a huge weight off my shoulder. Thank you for meeting me where I was!

Kath was wonderfully attentive, explained everything clearly and gave a fabulous massage. Really appreciated the little debrief at the end to go over what she noticed during the appointment!
