I find it very hard to relax Kate understood and made me feel at ease. Lashes turned out amazing and Kate definitely knows your style to suit your eyes

Kate was Very gentle & patient removing the lashes . She then gave me beautiful new natural lashes. She understood exactly what I wanted.
